June 2027 is the launch target for the Togg T6X, the Turkish EV maker's third model and its first aimed squarely at the affordable B-segment. CEO Fuat Tosyalı confirmed the date in an interview with Turkey's Anadolu Agency, tying the new small electric SUV to an aggressive pricing strategy.

Togg isn't a veteran OEM, but it moves on a clear cadence. The company launched its first model, the T10X electric SUV, in spring 2023 at its plant in Gemlik, Turkey. The T10F sedan derivative followed. The T6X now extends the lineup downward.

What does the CEO actually promise?

Tosyalı was blunt about positioning: "After the T10X and the T10F, we have specifically developed the T6X to be much, much more affordable than current market prices. We will also be running corresponding campaigns."

He had already signaled the affordability push in an earlier interview: "We are working flat out to offer the cheapest and most efficient car with the best equipment, and hopefully we will achieve this goal."

No specs yet. Togg has not disclosed range, battery, or pricing for the T6X. Treat the affordability claim as an announced intention, not a confirmed figure — there's no production data or price list to verify it against.

How the T6X fits Togg's naming logic

The roadmap has been visible since January 2026, when Togg celebrated production of its 100,000th electric vehicle and Tosyalı announced a third model for 2027 under the name T6 — significantly cheaper, aimed at a broader audience than the first two cars.

The naming follows a pattern:

  • T10X: the original electric SUV, launched spring 2023
  • T10F: its electric sedan derivative
  • T6X: the upcoming B-segment electric SUV, now officially named, due June 2027
  • T6F: a possible sedan variant — unconfirmed, but Togg trademarked both names back in 2023

With its compact footprint suited to urban traffic and competitive pricing, the T6X is expected to sharpen competition in Turkey's domestic EV segment.

Export base is growing

Togg sold only in Turkey for its first years. That changed in September 2025, when the company entered Germany as its first foreign market. The choice was deliberate: Germany's large Turkish expat population offered a buyer base with ties to home. Germany is the beachhead; further European expansion is the obvious next step, though Togg hasn't confirmed timing.

What to watch next

The June 2027 unveiling is the anchor date. Between now and then, the markers are a T6X price announcement — the number that will prove or disprove the "much more affordable" claim — and any word on whether the trademarked T6F sedan gets the green light. Watch also for export volumes from Germany, the first real test of Togg's international ambition.
